Getting started with your club
Follow this checklist to set up your club in the right order: each step prepares the next one, from account configuration to announcing the launch to your users.
Fill in the account settings
- Go to Administration›Settings›Account Settings.
- Check the club’s identity and contact details, its logo, and its location.
- Choose the currency now: it will then apply to all displayed prices.

Create your calendars
A calendar corresponds to a court or a bookable space. In Administration›Settings›Booking›Calendars, create one calendar per court, then define its opening hours and the time slot duration for each day of the week.

Define the subscriptions
Subscriptions are the rules engine for bookings: they determine who can book, how many simultaneous bookings are allowed, on which calendars, and with which time limits. Create them in Administration›Users›Access Rights›Subscriptions, starting simply: you can refine quotas and rules later.

Set up profiles and roles
Profiles define access rights to features: four profiles are provided by default (Administrator, Activity leader, Member, Visitor), and you can create others. Check them in Administration›Users›Access Rights›Profiles & Roles before adding your users.

Import your users
In Administration›Users›Import / Export›Import a File, import your user list from a file: the import can assign each user their subscription and profile. For just a few accounts, express creation is faster.
You can also let players create their own account using online sign-up.

Customize the homepage
Your club site homepage is made up of blocks: introduction, photos, public calendars, online sign-up, and more. Customize it in Administration›Customize›Homepage, with your banner, your logo, and the club’s color theme.

Announce the launch
When everything is ready, share the site address with your users. The easiest way is to send a group message from Administration›Users›Group Messages: each user receives the information by e-mail and can sign in immediately.

Track activity after the launch
From the first bookings, the dashboard gives you an overview: bookings, sign-ins, occupancy rate, and new registrations.
To avoid having to think about it, also enable activity reports: the summary arrives by e-mail, including for committee members who never sign in to the application.
