PassPerso: access codes and badges

PassPerso is our long-standing solution, developed with Berry Automatisme and installed in more than 80 clubs. It opens doors and controls lighting and heating, using either a personal access code or a contactless badge.

Understand how it works

A unit installed at the club stays permanently connected to your account. For each booking, it knows who is allowed to enter and at what times, with no action required from you.

Two recognition modes are available, either separately or together:

  • the access code, entered on a keypad at the entrance;
  • the contactless badge, presented in front of a reader.

Activate the module and choose the mode

  1. Open AdministrationSettingsAccess Control & Piloting, then More Information on the PassPerso card.
  2. Activate the module.
  3. Tick With Access Codes, With contactless badges, or both.
The module cannot be activated if neither mode is ticked: you must choose at least codes or badges so that the unit knows what to check.

With access codes, set their length from 4 to 8 digits. The option Generate a unique access code for each user assigns each person their own code, instead of one code shared by the whole club. We recommend this option, because each opening can then be linked to someone.

You do not need to distribute anything afterwards. The code is sent to the user by e-mail when their account is created, displayed on screen after each booking, and included again in confirmation e-mails. You can change a person’s code, or regenerate all codes at the start of the season, from user management.

With badges, the club assigns badges to users from their profile.

Monitor the unit connection

Software installed on the computer connected to the controller regularly retrieves bookings and controls door opening. The Connection Status block shows the status of this connection — Login Successful, Connection disrupted, Login Failed or Connection not established — and how long it has been since the information was last refreshed.

A failed connection does not block configuration. You can activate the module and prepare codes or badges even before the installation is complete.

Activate Email Alerts to be notified without having to monitor this screen. Enter up to four addresses, one per line, and set the delay after which the alert is triggered, from 5 to 60 minutes of interruption. A second e-mail confirms that the connection has been restored.

Set the delay according to the quality of your club’s Internet connection: if it is too short, you will receive alerts for every brief outage; if it is too long, you will be notified late about a real failure.

Clubs affiliated with the Fédération Française de Tennis can send access events to ADOC.

  1. Activate Integration with ADOC (FFT).
  2. Enter the Club Code and the Security Key provided by the federation.
  3. For each court, enter its Court Name and its Court ID in ADOC, then Add a court for the next row.

Court matching is essential: without it, access events are sent without knowing which court they should be linked to.

Request a quote

The equipment and its installation are specific to each club. The Request a Quote button sends your request to our team, who will review your facilities and support you through to commissioning.
