Embed booking on your website

Does your club already have a website? Embed a login form and public calendars, and manage navigation between the two sites with redirects.

Embed a login form

Your users log in to the booking system directly from the club website.

  1. Go to Administration›Customize›Web Integration›Login Form.
  2. In Step 1 - Configuration & Overview, set the Form Theme (with or without styling, for light or dark backgrounds) and the Button Color. The preview updates in real time.
  3. Enable Display the club logo and name and Open in a new window if needed.
  4. In Step 2 - HTML Code to Copy/Paste, click in the code area, copy it, then paste it in the desired location on your website (in HTML mode).

Publish calendars on your website

Public calendars show visitors court occupancy without logging in: on your website, on the club home page, or on a display screen.

  1. Go to Administration›Customize›Web Integration›Public Calendars.
  2. Create a configuration. Fill in the Configuration Name — an internal reference that is never shown to visitors — then select the Calendars, the Number of Days available for viewing, and the Zoom.
  3. Save, then open the HTML Integration tab. The Preview Configuration button opens the actual display, and the code area should be copied to your website.

If the configuration contains several calendars, they rotate automatically according to the selected Rotation Interval, which can be set from 5 to 60 seconds. This is useful for a display screen in the clubhouse. You can create several configurations (one per activity, one per screen, etc.) and also display each one on the home page via the Public Schedules block.

Customize the home page
Build your club’s home page with content blocks: introduction, photos, calendars, weather, registrations, and more. Each block can be public or reserved for specific users.
To preserve player anonymity, clear Display User Names. Occupied time slots are then simply marked “Booked”, with no names shown. The Display completed time slots option also controls whether time slots from earlier in the day are displayed.

Redirect your users after login or logout

  1. Go to Administration›Customize›Web Integration›Redirects.
  2. Choose the page displayed after login: Booking Tables (default), Homepage, or My Account.
  3. Choose the destination after logout: Homepage (default) or Custom URL.
  4. Click Save.

The custom redirect after logout is the natural complement to the embedded login form: the user comes from your website and returns there when logging out.

On a computer in kiosk mode, the user is always returned to the kiosk after logout. The custom redirect is ignored there.
Install a booking kiosk at the club
Kiosk Mode turns a clubhouse computer into a self-service booking station: calendars are displayed continuously and users sign in on site to book or check in their presence.
