Create web pages and photo albums
Enhance your club website with content pages (rules, prices, tennis school, etc.) and photo albums that you can update throughout the season.
Create a web page
- Go to Administration›Customize›Web Pages.
- Click New Page.
- Enter the Page Title and choose an icon.
- Write the content (formatted text, images, files, tables), then click Save.
Each page has its own web address, a view counter, and a privacy setting identical to the one used for home page blocks: public, or restricted to specific profiles and subscriptions.
Check the view counter from time to time. A pricing page that is viewed very often may deserve to be moved higher in the menu. A page that is never opened may be better deleted than maintained.
Reorder pages by dragging and dropping them. This order is used in the site navigation menu and in the page menu block on the home page.
Duplicate an existing page
- Open the page you want to copy.
- Click the Duplicate button.
- Update the title and content of the copy, then save.
This is the fastest way to create several pages that share the same structure (one page per team, per activity, per season, etc.).
Create a photo album
- Go to Administration›Customize›Photo Albums.
- Click New album, name it, and choose an icon.
- Open the album, then click Add Photos or drop your files directly into the dedicated area.
Click a photo to give it a title and description. The All Photos view brings together all club photos from every album, with sorting by recent addition, recent modification, or popularity.
Albums are visible on the photos page of the club website. You can also add a Photos block to the home page to highlight the latest images.
