Open doors, switch on lighting, or start heating automatically based on bookings, using a partner solution connected to your club.

Automate access based on bookings

When you connect your club to an access control solution, bookings directly control your facilities. The user who made the booking receives an access code or uses their badge, valid only during their booking times. Depending on the selected solution, court lighting or heating can also start automatically.

This setup changes the club’s day-to-day management in three ways:

• no more keys to lend out or collect: the right to enter is created and removed automatically;
• no more access outside booked time slots, and no court lit when nobody is using it;
• each opening is linked to a booking, and therefore to an identified user.

Choose a compatible solution

1. Go to Administration›Settings›Access Control & Piloting.
2. Browse the partner solutions shown: connected doors and locks, badges, access codes, lighting and heating control.
3. Click More Information on a solution card to learn how it works and how to configure it.

Once your solution is in service, its card displays the Activated badge and the Configure button gives you access to its settings.
