Check out your cart and track your orders
Check your cart, choose one of the payment methods offered by the club, then track your orders and download your invoices.
Summary
Check out your cart
- Go to My Account›My Cart. If your cart contains at least one item, open your cart from the icon in the main menu.
- Adjust the quantity of each item or remove it if needed.
- If you have a Promo code, enter it and click Apply: the discount appears in the totals.
- Click Continue to go to the checkout page.
Choose your payment method
On the checkout page, check the billing address and summary, then choose a payment method. The available methods depend on the club:
- Online Payment: immediate payment by bank card via the club’s payment provider.
- On-site Payment: the order is placed on hold until you come to the club reception desk.
- Payment by check: the order is processed when your cheque is received by post or when you come to the club reception desk.
- Payment by bank transfer: the order is processed by the club when the bank transfer is received, and the bank details are displayed.
For a cheque or bank transfer, make sure you include the order reference displayed on the screen: it allows the club to identify your payment. You can download the order form that summarizes it.
After an online payment, the page displays the status in real time: once the payment is validated, your order is confirmed and the invoice is available with Download the invoice.
If you cancel the online payment, no charge is made: you can try again or choose another payment method.
Pay in instalments
If the club offers instalment payment for your order, the checkout page asks you how many instalments you want to pay in.
- Choose Cash or an instalment plan: the first instalment is charged immediately.
- The following instalments are listed in the order’s Schedule, with their date and amount. You will receive an e-mail notification for the next instalments.
- To pay an instalment, open the order and click Pay the next installment.
Track your orders and download your documents
- Go to My Account›My Orders.
- Filter by type using the Quote, Orders and Invoices tabs.
- Click a row to open the details: status, amounts, transactions and any remaining balance.
- Click the button with the document name — Invoice, Purchase Order or Quote — to download it in PDF format.
The club can send you a quote: find it in your orders, open it and choose a payment method to accept it.
