Calendars & booking
Configure your courts, organize time slots, manage bookings, and stay informed about activity on your calendars.
Calendar configuration
Configure your calendars
A calendar represents a court or a reservable space (court, track, room). Create one calendar per court, then define its opening hours, time slot duration, and appearance.
Group your calendars into tabs
Organize your calendars into groups to display them as tabs on the daily booking grids, for example one tab for indoor padel and another for outdoor padel.
Using labels and annotations
Labels block time slots on behalf of the club (training, school, tournament), while annotations display an overlay message without preventing booking.
Openings & closures
Close time slots and periods
Several tools let you close or hide time slots, an entire calendar, or access to booking. Choose the right one for your situation.
Schedule time slots by period and subscription
Advanced schedules determine, time slot by time slot, what is allowed or blocked for booking according to periods (holidays, non-holiday periods, public holidays) and subscription plans.
Day-to-day booking
Booking as a manager
As a club manager, you have additional options on the booking form: book for a user, overwrite a time slot, book outside the quota, repeat a booking, or disable notifications.
Require acceptance of club rules
Make booking a time slot conditional on accepting rules: safety instructions, club charter, liability commitment, and more. The text is shown to the relevant users until they accept it.
Get notified about bookings
Receive an alert by e-mail or push notification for each booking or cancellation made by users, based on your criteria, and offer booking receipts.
