Configure the club account

Identity, contact details, web address, currency, geolocation: the account settings define your club’s basic information and how it is displayed throughout the application.

Update the club’s identity and contact details

1. Go to Administration›Settings›Account Settings.
2. In the Identity section, enter the club’s full name: avoid abbreviations to help players find your club and improve your search engine ranking.
3. In the Contact Information section, complete the club’s e-mail address, postal address, phone numbers and website.
4. In the Club Description section, add your opening hours and practical information, then select your sports activities.
5. Click Save at the top of the screen to confirm your changes.

Track the club’s OpenResa subscription

The Subscription & Billing section displays your current plan, its expiry date and the included user limit.

1. Click Renew or Change Plan to extend your account or upgrade to a higher plan.
2. Click Invoice and Order History to view and download your invoices.

Customize the web address and mobile application

1. In the Web Address section, choose the Domain Name that suits you.
2. Enter a short Custom Web Address that is easy to type, such as your club’s initials.
3. In the Identity section, customize the Application Name displayed under the icon on mobile home screens: choose a short name, ideally 10 characters and up to 15 characters.
4. Click the Club Logo to upload your logo: it appears in the site header, during loading screens and on the installed application icon.

Choose the currency, language and time zone

1. In the Regional Settings section, select the Default Language suggested to new visitors, the Time Zone and the Time System (12-hour or 24-hour).
2. Choose your Units of Measurement for weather display.
3. Select your currency from the Currency list: it applies to all amounts displayed in the application.
4. If your club uses billing, enter the Default Taxes: the label and rate applied by default to new products, with an optional second tax for dual-tax systems (for example, GST and QST in Quebec).

Position the club on the map

1. In the Geolocation section, move the marker on the map to position your club precisely.
2. Click Save.

The position is used by our geolocated club search application, by the directions block on your home page and to calculate weather forecasts. Enable Hide my club from geolocated search if you do not want to appear in search results.

Protect against automated bookings

1. In the Security section, enable Protection against bots (automated actions): an invisible check makes sure the user is human on sensitive modules, such as the booking form.
2. To limit this check to specific accounts only, enable Targeted Protection on Specific Users and select the relevant users.

Users with administration rights are not affected by this protection.
