Cancel or modify a booking

Cancel a booking from the calendars or modify its participants, within the time limits and according to the rules set by your club.

Cancel from the calendars

1. Open the calendar and click your booking. You can also go to the My Bookings menu and find your booking in the history.
2. Click the cancellation button.
3. Confirm with Yes, continue!, or go back with Cancel.

You receive a notification, as do your partners depending on their preferences.

Modify participants

1. Click your booking in the calendar or from the My Bookings menu to display the details.
2. Depending on your club’s rules, you can add a participant with the Add a participant button or make a replacement by clicking the icon.
3. If the change you want is not possible, cancel the booking and book again, within the authorized time limits.

Understand your club’s cancellation rules

Each club defines its own rules, so your subscription may:

• prevent any cancellation;
• limit cancellation in time, for example up to a certain deadline before the time slot starts;
• limit the number of cancellations over a given period;
• prevent cancellation of bookings with guests;
• on a booking with several people, only allow each player to remove their own name: only the booking manager can then cancel the entire time slot.

Recover your credits after a cancellation

If booking credits or guest credits have been deducted, they are automatically returned to your account when you cancel, according to your club’s rules. No credit is returned if none had been deducted, for example when the club offers same-day bookings free of charge.

Find your bookings and cancellations

The full history is available in My Account›My Bookings: upcoming time slots, past bookings, and cancellations, with their status. The Hide Cancellations option lets you make the list shorter.
