Getting started with your club

Follow this checklist to set up your club in the right order: each step prepares the next one, from account configuration through to announcing the launch to your users.

The order of the steps matters: create your calendars, subscriptions, and profiles before importing your users, so you can assign them during the import.

Fill in the account settings

  1. Go to AdministrationSettingsAccount Settings.
  2. Check the club identity and contact details, its logo, and its location.
  3. Choose the currency now: it will then apply to all displayed prices.

Create your calendars

A calendar corresponds to a court or a bookable space. In AdministrationSettingsBookingCalendars, create one calendar per court, then define its opening hours and the duration of time slots for each day of the week.

Define subscriptions

Subscriptions are the rule engine for bookings: they determine who can book, how many simultaneous bookings are allowed, on which calendars, and with what time limits. Create them in AdministrationUsersAccess RightsSubscriptions, and start simply: you can refine quotas and rules later.

Set up profiles and roles

Profiles define access rights to features: four profiles are provided by default (Administrator, Activity leader, Member, Visitor), and you can create others. Check them in AdministrationUsersAccess RightsProfiles & Roles before adding your users.

Import your users

In AdministrationUsersImport / ExportImport a File, import your user list from a file: the import can assign each user their subscription and profile. For just a few accounts, express creation is faster.

You can also let players create their own account using online registration.

Customize the home page

Your club site home page is built with blocks: presentation, photos, public calendars, online registration, and more. Customize it in AdministrationCustomizeHomepage, with your banner, your logo, and the club color theme.

Announce the launch

When everything is ready, share the site address with your users. The easiest way is to send a group message from AdministrationUsersGroup Messages: each user receives the information by e-mail and can log in immediately.

Monitor activity after launch

From the first bookings onward, the dashboard gives you an overview: bookings, logins, occupancy rate, and new registrations.
