Groups and bulk actions

Organize your users into groups (tennis school, teams, volunteers, etc.) and apply actions to several users in a single operation: message, quick edit, credits, cards, suspension.

Create a group

  1. Go to AdministrationUsersGroups.
  2. Click New Group, then fill in Group Name and Group Color.
  3. Choose the Visibility: Public (users can see that they are registered in this group) or Private.
  4. Click Save.

Groups are assigned on each user profile, or in bulk via quick edit. Clubs synchronized with ADOC also see automatically created groups, for which only the color can be changed.

Select multiple users

  1. In AdministrationUsersUser Management, refine the list with Filters: subscription, profile, group, status, and many other criteria that can be combined.
  2. Select users one by one, or click Select All to select the full filter result.
  3. Open the Actions menu.

Apply a bulk action

The Actions menu offers eight operations:

  • Quick Edit: edit the subscription and its dates, the profile, the groups, the privacy settings, or reset passwords all at once.
  • Send a Message: write a message to the selected users.
  • Credits: adjust credit counters in bulk.
  • Print Cards: generate personalized cards in PDF format.
  • Delete: move users to the trash.
  • Suspend and Reactivate: block or restore access, with an optional reason and notification.
  • Flag: add or remove a visual marker to identify profiles that need attention.

For e-mail campaigns with merge fields and deliverability tracking, use the dedicated module instead:

Adjust credits in bulk

The Credits action offers three modes, applied to both booking credits and guest credits:

  • Add / remove credits: each counter changes based on its current balance.
  • Meter Upgrades: sets the same balance for all selected users.
  • Multiply / Divide: converts existing balances, for example when changing the credit scale.
When the season changes, use counter leveling to 0 to reset all balances to zero in a single operation.

The Print Cards action generates a business-card-sized PDF. Choose a theme in your club colors and the data to display (photo, age, login details, subscription, access code, etc.), then click Generate Cards. Printing options with bleed and crop marks are available for professional printers.
