Automate your messages
Three automations help you communicate effortlessly: a message displayed after sign-in, text added to e-mail notifications, and a birthday message sent on the day itself.
Display a message after sign-in
Ideal for an announcement that no one should miss: the message is displayed full screen as soon as the user signs in.
- Go to Administration›Customize›Post-login Message.
- Create a message. The title is optional, and the content can include formatted text and images.
- Choose the audience: All Subscriptions (default) or a specific subscription.
- Set the Expiration Date. Then click Save.
You can create one message per subscription. If a specific message exists for a subscription, it replaces the default message for those subscribers: each user sees only one message.
The Show all... option applies to long sessions (“Stay signed in”): the message is displayed again after the selected inactivity period, so that users who never sign in again also see it. A view counter on each message shows you how many times it has been seen.
Add text to e-mail notifications
- Go to Administration›Customize›Message in Notifications.
- Enable the desired context or contexts. Write text for each one.
- Click Save.
Your text is added to the corresponding e-mail notifications: booking, cancellation, receipt of a message, sign-in, sending login details, suspension, and reactivation of a user.
Send automatic birthday wishes
- Go to Administration›Customize›Automatic Birthday Message.
- Check Enable Automatic Sending. Customize the message.
- Click Save.
The message is sent by e-mail on each user’s birthday. Variables let you personalize it: first name, last name, age, date of birth.
You can include a gift with the message: Offer booking credits and Offer guest credits add the selected number of credits to the user’s account when the message is sent.
