Importing and exporting users

Build or update your database in just a few minutes: quick entry, Excel/CSV file import with column matching, customizable export, and ADOC synchronization for French clubs.

Add a few users on the fly

  1. Go to AdministrationUsersImport / ExportQuick Create.
  2. Fill in one row per user: last name, first name, e-mail, phone. Click Add a line if needed.
  3. Enable Send login credentials by e-mail to automatically send the username and password.
  4. Click Save.

Login details are generated according to your default password settings. The assigned profile and subscription are the ones defined by default in the advanced settings.

Import an Excel or CSV file

  1. Go to AdministrationUsersImport / ExportImport a File and drop your file (.xls, .xlsx, or .csv).
  2. File Analysis: check that accents and dates are interpreted correctly.
  3. Column Configuration: match each column in your file with a field (subscription, groups, license, credits, custom fields, etc.). Only the last name and first name columns are required.
  4. Preview the import: warnings do not prevent the import, and the affected cells use the default value.
  5. Start the import, then view the report: users added and users updated.

The import compares the last name and first name columns with your database. Existing users are updated instead of being duplicated.

Username and password are generated automatically for new users, unless your file contains columns dedicated to these values.

Export your database

  1. Go to AdministrationUsersImport / ExportExport a File.
  2. Select and organize the columns to export, then click Preview.
  3. Click Export (.xls) to download the file.

With Create a Template, save your column configuration so you can find it again in one click during a future export.

Synchronize with ADOC (FFT)

French clubs affiliated with the FFT can synchronize their licensed members from AdministrationUsersImport / ExportADOC Sync (FFT) in two ways:

  • Direct connection: enter your affiliation number and ADOC login details, then click Log In.
  • File upload: drop the export.xls file downloaded from ADOC.

Then match the ADOC plans with your subscriptions, select the licensed members, and click Sync. The Download the report button gives details of the additions and updates performed.
