Make a booking
Book a court in just a few clicks: choose an available time slot in the calendars, indicate who you are playing with, then confirm.
Choose an available time slot
- Open the club calendars from the booking menu.
- Find an available time slot on the desired date and at the desired time.
- Click the time slot: the booking form opens.
The visible time slots depend on the rules set by your club: date range open for booking, calendars allowed by your subscription, opening hours.
Indicate who you are playing with
Depending on your subscription and your club’s configuration, the form offers one or more tabs:
- With a partner: search for and select one or more other club users. The My Favorites button displays the partners you have added to your favorites with the heart icon shown next to their name.
- Without a partner: book alone, if your club allows it.
- Guest(s): add one or more people from outside the club.
Your club may require a minimum or maximum number of players per time slot. Each user also controls who can book with them in their privacy settings. As a result, a player may not appear in the list.
Check the cost and confirm
- If your club uses booking credits, the Booking Cost box displays the total that will be deducted, with the details per player.
- Enable the Booking Reminder option if needed to receive a notification before the time slot starts.
- Click Book to confirm.
Once the booking is confirmed, your partners are notified according to their preferences. You can find all your bookings in My Account›My Bookings.
Open your booking to other players
If your club has enabled Find a Partner, the Find a Partner option in the form opens your booking to other users: they can join your time slot, up to the authorized number of participants.
Conversely, you can join a booking opened by another player: click the relevant time slot in the calendar, then add your name.
