Analyze your club's activity
Dashboard statistics help you make practical decisions: identify underused time slots, anticipate peak attendance, understand your users, and track their regular attendance.
Measure the occupancy rate
- Go to Administration›Dashboard›Booking›Occupancy Rate.
- Switch between the Summary view and the Detailed view, which shows occupancy time slot by time slot.
- Filter by period and by calendar. Occupancy distinguishes user bookings from club bookings (labels).
A low rate during certain periods highlights time slots to promote: adjusted opening hours, reduced off-peak rates, or rental of free time slots to external players.
Track booking trends
Go to Administration›Dashboard›Booking›Booking Trends: the chart shows the trend over time. Three variants complete the analysis: Administration›Dashboard›Booking›Trends by Calendar to compare your courts with each other, Administration›Dashboard›Booking›By Booking Type to distinguish bookings, invitations, and labels, and Administration›Dashboard›Booking›Use of Labels to measure the share of lessons, camps, and events.
Identify peak hours
Go to Administration›Dashboard›Booking›Heat Map: the heatmap cross-references the day of the week and the time. The larger and darker a dot is, the more the time slot is in demand. Enable Display the numbers to read the exact values.
View the entire year
The annual overview (Administration›Dashboard›Booking›Yearly Summary) displays one dot per day across the whole year. It reveals the seasonality of your activity and makes year-over-year comparison easier.
Understand your users
- Administration›Dashboard›Users›Active Users: ranking of the most active users, based on their logins, their bookings, or both.
- Administration›Dashboard›Users›Age Categories: breakdown by age and gender.
- Administration›Dashboard›Users›Profiles / Subscriptions: numbers by profile and by subscription.
- Administration›Dashboard›Users›Geographical Location: the cities your users come from.
- Administration›Dashboard›Users›Rankings: breakdown by sports ranking.
These breakdowns guide your offer: subscriptions by age group, targeted communication, and follow-up with inactive users through a group message.
Monitor logins
The login log (Administration›Dashboard›Users›Login Log) lists each login, including denied attempts (suspended account, expired subscription). Add Administration›Dashboard›Users›Login Trends for the trend by day, week, or month, and Administration›Dashboard›Users›Web Browsers & OS to see which devices your users use.
