Configure your calendars
A calendar represents a bookable court or space (court, track, room). Create one calendar per court, then define its opening hours, the time slot duration and its appearance.
Group your calendars into tabs
Organise your calendars into groups to display them as tabs on the daily booking tables, for example one tab for indoor padel and another for outdoor padel.

Several tools let you close or hide time slots, an entire calendar or access to booking: choose the right one depending on the situation.

Participatory bookings: opening a time slot to participation
Book a time slot on behalf of the organization — training camp, tournament, lesson, group class — and let your users join it themselves, with or without online payment. You set the capacity, the access criteria and the deadlines, and you follow the list of participants.
Getting the internal rules accepted
Make booking a time slot conditional on accepting a set of rules: safety instructions, organization charter, liability agreement, etc. The text is shown to the users concerned until they accept it.
Get notified about bookings
Receive an alert by e-mail or push notification for each booking or cancellation made by users, according to your criteria, and provide booking confirmations.
