Users
Manage your organization's user base: records and accounts, subscriptions and booking rules, profiles, groups, online registrations, imports and exports.
Day-to-day management
Managing Users Day to Day
User management centralises all your organization's records: contact details, login credentials, subscription, credits, notes and trash. It is your entry point for all day-to-day operations.
Filter the user list
Narrow down the users you need by combining profiles, subscriptions, groups, activity and many other criteria, then act on the result: message, bulk action, export.
Bulk actions
Edit several users in a single operation: message, quick edit, credits, cards, suspension, trash. A well-set filter turns an evening of data entry into one click.
Booking rights
Creating and managing subscriptions
A subscription brings together the access and booking conditions of a plan: dates, price, booking quota and rules to be followed. Create the subscriptions offered by your organization, then assign each user the one that suits them from their record.
Quotas, permissions and booking rules
Every subscription comes with a complete rules engine: quotas, permitted calendars, time limits, cancellation, restrictions, credits and guests. This page guides you goal by goal through the configuration of a subscription.
Share the cost of bookings between players
A parent paying for their children's games, a coach booking for their students, a player treating a friend to a game: choose, subscription by subscription, who pays for a booking with several players, then see what is credited back when it changes.
Profiles & roles
Profiles determine what each user can do in the application: view calendars, manage other people's bookings, administer the organization. The subscription sets booking rights; the profile sets access rights to features.
Organization and database
User Groups
Sort your users into groups — tennis school, teams, volunteers, committees — to spot them at a glance in your lists, filter them and send them targeted messages.
Open Online Registration
Let players request their own account from your home page: you choose which subscriptions are open to registration, what the form contains and how requests are validated.
Importing and exporting users
Build or update your database in just a few minutes: quick entry, Excel/CSV file import with column matching, and a customisable export.
Synchronise Your Licence Holders with ADOC (FFT)
Upload the export of your licence holders downloaded from ADOC: OpenResa creates the new accounts, updates the existing records, assigns subscriptions and groups, and suggests the accounts to delete, all after a detailed preview.
Directory and default settings
Open your organization's directory to help players find partners, and set the values applied by default to every new user: profile, subscription, passwords and privacy.
