Buy booking credits

Credits are the club’s internal currency: they are debited from your account when you make a booking. Buy a pack online, track your balance, and view your transaction history.

Understanding credits

Depending on your subscription settings, a booking may cost one or more credits. There are two types of credits:

• booking credits, debited when you book a time slot;
• guest credits, debited when you play with a non-member guest.

Not all clubs distinguish between these two uses. Your club may have chosen to use a single balance: in that case, there are no guest credits, and your booking credits are used both to book a time slot and to invite someone.

There is no setting to look for: if you only see one balance on your account, this is the system that applies. The summary shown when booking then totals everything in this same currency, including guests, and your transaction history only shows booking credit movements. A purchased pack adds credits to this single balance, regardless of how you use them later.

Tracking your balance and history

1. On the booking page, click the Credits button in the toolbar: your balance is displayed.
2. You can also find your balance in My Account›My Subscription, in the Booking Credits section (and Guest Credits if applicable).
3. Click History to open the Operation History: each purchase, debit, or adjustment is listed with its date and origin (booking, payment, club gesture, etc.).

Buying a credit pack

If the club offers online credit sales for your subscription, the offers appear in My Account›My Subscription, in the Booking Credits section, or from the Credits button in the calendar toolbar.

1. Choose a pack (the price may decrease depending on the quantity) or enter a Custom Quantity if the club allows it.
2. Click Add: the credits are added to your basket.
3. Confirm your basket and pay for the order.
4. The credits are added to your balance as soon as the payment is confirmed.

If no offer appears, the club does not sell credits online for your subscription: contact the club directly.

Buying credits when booking

1. When booking, a message informs you that no credit is available, with an Purchase credits button.
2. Click it: the purchase window opens with your balance and the available offers.
3. Add a pack: you are redirected directly to your basket to pay.
4. Once the payment has been confirmed, click Book to return to the calendars and book your time slot.
