Finding your way around the calendars

Choose the most convenient view to find a time slot: all courts on one day, or one court over several days.

Choose the view: by day or by week

The booking menu offers two complementary views:

Booking menu

  • Calendars by Day: all the club calendars side by side, for a single day. Ideal for comparing court availability on a given date. If your club has organized its calendars into groups (by activity or by site, for example), tabs appear above the day view. The All Calendars tab displays everything.

Calendars by day

  • Calendars by Week: a single calendar displayed over several days. Ideal for finding the next available time slot on your preferred court.

Calendars by week

  1. Use the arrows to go to the next or previous day.
  2. Click the displayed date to open the date picker.
  3. The Today button takes you back to today’s date.

On a computer, keyboard shortcuts make navigation faster: use the left and right arrows to change day, and combine them with the SHIFT key to scroll through the calendars. The full list is displayed in the zoom menu.

The number of days visible in advance depends on your subscription. Beyond that, dates are unavailable in the picker.

Track your quota and credits

The calendar toolbar displays, depending on your club’s configuration:

  • a Quota button with a counter: the number of current bookings compared with the maximum allowed. Click it to see the details. At the end of a booked time slot, the quota unit is released and you can book again.
  • a Credits button with your balance: click it to view your booking credits and, if the club has enabled it, buy more.

Adjust the display

The toolbar zoom menu lets you:

  1. Increase or decrease the size of time slots with Zoom, then return to the standard size with Reset Zoom.
  2. Show or hide time slots from earlier in the day with Display completed time slots and Hide completed time slots.

Create a shortcut that always opens on today

Have you added the calendars to your favorites, or created a shortcut on your phone’s home screen, and it always opens on an old date?

The calendar address remembers the day you are viewing, and it does this in two ways depending on how you got there:

  • with the arrows and the Today button, it remembers an offset from today’s date (today, tomorrow, yesterday, and so on). It therefore follows the calendar: a favorite saved at that point will always remain valid;
  • with the date picker, it remembers the exact date you selected. A favorite saved at that point will keep reopening that same day indefinitely, and that day will move further into the past as the weeks go by.

To fix a shortcut that opens on an old date:

  1. Open the calendars.
  2. Click the date, then click Today: the address then stops pointing to a fixed date and points to the current day again.
  3. Save the favorite, or recreate the shortcut on your home screen, from this page.
A shortcut created after clicking Today will always open on the current day, no matter which day you use it.
