Rent out available time slots with Anybuddy
Anybuddy is a partner app that offers your available courts for rental to a large community of external players. Rented time slots appear in your calendars like standard bookings, with no additional work for the club.
Understand the benefit for the club
An empty court on a Tuesday at 2 p.m. does not generate any revenue. Anybuddy lets you offer it to players who are not members, at the rate you set, without having to manage the relationship or collect the payment.
You stay in control of what you open for rental. You choose the calendars, time ranges, and prices, and time slots booked by your members are never offered.
Register your club
- Go to Administration›Settings›Booking›Anybuddy App.
- Enable Activate the Anybuddy Module.
- Enter the club’s contact details, the manager’s contact details, and your bank details.
Open your calendars for rental
Enable each calendar that you want to offer, then describe it. Specify whether it is indoor or outdoor, indicate its surface, and add a photo. This information is what players will see when they make their choice.
Set your rates
With Add a Rate, define a time range, the relevant days of the week, and the price per time slot duration.
You do not have to use a single rate. A lower rate during the day and a higher rate in the evening reflects actual demand, and daytime is precisely when your courts are available.
Track publication
Click Save. The Anybuddy team receives your information and contacts you to finalize publication.
The status displayed at the top of the screen shows your progress: Information Sent, then Pending, then Online when your club is available in the app.
