General terms and conditions visitors Health Club VvE De Europa

Article 1.1.
VvE De Europa means the association of owners of the building De Europa. It carries out the management.
Visitor' means the holder of a valid admission ticket (blue tag) provided by Vesteda or VvE De Europa, who uses the Health Club.
The visitor is obliged to comply with the General Conditions.

Article 1.2.
There is no permanent supervision in the Health Club. 


Article 1.3

With the General Members Meeting of De Europa, De Willem Barendsz, De Zeearend and with Vesteda, compensation agreements have been made for visitors, which have been laid down in the 'agreement continued use Health Club'.
If these agreements are not complied with, the VvE De Europa is entitled to refuse access to the residents of the relevant complex.
The VvE De Europa reserves the right to periodically make changes, as far as the operation of the Health Club requires.

Article 1.4
All instructions, regulations, guidelines and/or recommendations of the VvE De Europa and/or government must be meticulously observed by the visitor.

Article 1.5
VvE De Europa accepts no liability in the event of theft, loss and/or damage to visitors' property. 
VvE De Europa accepts no liability in case of physical injury resulting from accidents, defective equipment or otherwise. The use of the Health Club is herewith entirely at the risk of the user. 

Article 1.6
All costs arising from damage caused to the equipment of the Health Club, as well as caused bodily injury to staff members and co-users, will be recovered from the perpetrator(s).

Article 1.7
The opening hours of the Health Club are as follows:
Monday to Sunday: 07.00 - 23.00 (gymnasium)
Wednesday and Sunday: 07.00 - 23.00 (sauna).

The VvE De Europa reserves the right to modify these times, if desired.

Article 1.8.
The visitor should leave the Health Club neat and clean.
Storing your own belongings in these areas is not allowed. 
If the standards of decent behavior and good manners are violated by the visitor in the opinion of VvE De Europa, he/she can be denied access to the Health Club.

Article 1.9
VvE De Europa is responsible for general maintenance and cleaning. 

Access 
Article 2.1.
The blue tag gives you access to the rooms of the Health lub. It is personal, non-transferable and remains the property of VvE De Europa. In case of loss or missing the visitor must immediately inform VvE De Europa. The cost of a replacement tag is €40. 
Upon termination of the rental or purchase agreement, it must be returned to Vesteda, the private owner of the property or the VvE of the building.

Article 2.2
For the use of the facilities a reservation is required. For this purpose, the Health Club uses an online system in which blue tag holders must register per time period. The number of persons admitted per period of time is limited to limit the risk of infections.

Article 2.3.
The following applies to children up to 16 years of age of visitors:
-minimum age: 6 years.
-They may only use the facilities if they are under constant supervision and under the responsibility of an adult in possession of a valid Health Club admission ticket. 

Article 2.4 
No guests are allowed. 
At the request of a resident, only VvE De Europa can decide to allow guests or third parties access to the Health Club. The guest must be accompanied at all times by the holder of a valid tag, who is responsible for his/her actions. 

The VvE De Europa is at all times entitled to refuse visitors access or to ask them to leave the Health Club.
 
Visitors are requested not to talk too loudly, shout, play music or cause nuisance in any other way to other guests. These provisions apply to all areas in the Health Club.

Facilities
The following rules apply regarding the use of the Health Club facilities:
 
Article 3.1
Sauna
To use the sauna, showering is mandatory. In the sauna, use of a towel brought by yourself to sit or lie on is mandatory. In the rest room, a bathrobe or other appropriate clothing must be worn. 

For health reasons and to obtain the best results, the advised sauna course should be followed. 

After using the sauna, visitors should leave the room neat and clean. A squeegee is provided for drying the floor. Close the doors to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

Article 3.2
Gym
Use of the gym is permitted with appropriate sportswear and footwear. The VvE De Europa may impose certain additional requirements for sportswear, the visitor should take care of purchasing them. For reasons of hygiene, footwear must always be clean when exercising; outdoor footwear is not permitted. 
Visitors are requested to use a towel near the equipment. For reasons of hygiene and for the enjoyment of fellow gym users, please clean the equipment after use with the spray and paper roll provided in the gym. The cleaner will clean the equipment once a week.
Fitness equipment should be used according to the instructions provided with the equipment.
Turn electrical fitness equipment off again after use.
Windows can only be opened at the ajar position. Close them again upon departure.

Article 3.3
It is not allowed to bring and consume (alcoholic) drinks and/or food in the Health Club.
In all common areas of De Europa, to which the Health Club belongs, it is forbidden to smoke.

Article 3.4
The management team can be reached by email at health@overhoekers.nl and further as indicated at the entrance to the Health Club.
