It is now possible to define up to two time slots within your fixed calendar limits. This evolution allows you to fine-tune your rules and better adapt your quotas to your members' reservation habits.
For example, you can set a weekly limit of three bookings, but only in the peak time slot, from 4pm to 10pm. In this way, you offer your players greater flexibility, while avoiding saturation of the courts at the most popular times.
To configure this option, go to Administration > Users > Subscriptions. Select the subscription concerned, then open the Quota tab. Finally, scroll down to the Limit bookings on a fixed schedule section: you can then add and customize your limits to suit your needs.
You can also combine several limits to tailor your booking rules to your needs. For example, you can combine :
a daily limit of one reservation per day,
a weekly limit of 3 reservations,
an annual limit of 30 reservations.
This flexibility allows you to better regulate access to your facilities and ensure an equitable experience for all your users.
