It is now possible to set different booking rates according to custom date ranges. This new feature offers you even more precise control over the pricing of your courts, taking into account periods of high or low demand.
Let's take a concrete example: you can apply a rate of 15 € for 60 minutes of play during the months of July and August (summer period, often in high demand), then offer a more attractive rate of 10 € for 60 minutes for the rest of the year. Thus, your rates automatically adapt to seasonal variations and the demand of your members.
Until now, it was already possible to differentiate your rates according to several criteria: the type of calendar (tennis, padel, etc.), the day of the week, or even the time slot (for example peak hours / off-peak hours). With this update, you now have an additional criterion: the date. This opens up many possibilities.
To configure this option, go to the menu Administration > Users > Subscriptions. Select the relevant subscription, then click on the tab Credits or Guest Passes. Finally, go to the section Booking Rates, where you can customize your pricing rules according to your needs.
