We have added a new option on the booking form intended for administrators with the right to book « for » users:
« Do not count credits »
When this option is activated, the booking and guest credits related to the booking are not deducted from the accounts of the users concerned.
This feature can be useful in several situations, for example:
when a player benefits from a fixed time slot included in their membership, but needs to use credits to book other time slots. In this case, you book at the beginning of the season with repetition every week for the allocated fixed time slot by activating this option.
if you want to offer a one-time booking to a player, without impacting their credits.

We took the opportunity to review the display of options on the booking form, inspired by the mobile interface. Now, only the activated options appear on the screen by default. A button « Options » (or « More options ») allows you to display the entire list of options.
This improvement aims to lighten the display, as the list of options expands each year. It mainly concerns administrators with extended rights, who benefit from many options. For regular users, the few available options (booking reminder, printing a receipt, etc.) remain directly visible.
