At the request of many clubs, it is now possible to ask members to fill in the name of the guest before validating their reservation.
We offer you a new setting in administration > Users > Subscriptions, then in the"Invitations" section. By default, the parameter is set to"Optional", this means that the member will not be obliged to fill in the identity of the invited person.
By checking the option " Mandatory", the member will be obliged to fill in the identity of the invited person.

When making a reservation, the member will have text fields to fill in the names of the invited persons:

As an administrator, you have a text field specially provided for this purpose when you select the "Guest(s)" line on the reservation form:
