In Administration > Users > User management, we have made several changes to the "notes and comments".
Until now, on the members' files, you had a single input field named "Notes & comments". We have moved this input field to the "Subscription & Access Rights" section, just below the "Paid subscription" box.
This will be very useful if you have important information to note about a user's subscription payment:
BalleJaune now integrates a system of notes and reminders allowing club managers to archive important information and to better organize themselves
The"notes" are enriched, add text, images or attachments (example: medical certificate).
The"reminders" are in fact"notes" on which you add a due date. This allows you to quickly find this note when the time comes. A"reminder" can then be"pointed out" when the task or action has been completed.

In Administration > Users > User Management, the right side of the screen now defaults to showing the latest notes added.
It is also possible to filter to show only upcoming or overdue reminders:
Click the "New Note" button to add a note/reminder on the fly:
