Reservation for a member: do not count reservations in the quota (recurring slots)
November 2013

As an administrator (if you have the right to book with repetition), you now have a new option which can be useful for example when you book yearly slots for your members.

In some clubs, the member has one or more slots reserved for the year, for example every Tuesday from 5 to 6 pm on court 1. By default, unless you use the club labels, these reservations are counted in the member's quota, which prevents him from reserving another slot during the week (his quota being "reached" or "exceeded" because of the multiple recurring reservations to come).

By checking the "Do not count in quota" box, the"member" reservations you make will not be counted in the quota of the member(s) registered on the slot.

In this way, it allows the member to book according to the quota defined in the subscription. The "yearly" reservations of the member are not counted: his reservation quota is not "reached" or "exceeded" permanently.

Thanks to Fabienne from A.S. MONTFERRAND (63) for this suggestion.
