A new option has appeared in your calendar: it is now possible to display a colored dot corresponding to the color of the users' subscription, directly above their profile picture.
This improvement allows managers and administrators to quickly visualize the subscription associated with each user registered in a time slot. A valuable time saver for better managing your bookings and subscribers!
at the top right (to the left of the zoom) to access the display preferences.Go to the menu Administration > Settings > Calendars, then click on the "Preferences" button located to the left of the "New" button.
⚠️ Note that the option « Show photos » must be activated simultaneously for the dots to appear.
You can choose to activate this feature only for administrators or for all users, depending on your needs.
