Subscriptions and reservation rights: new option to prevent abuse
March 2015

The reservation quota works on a sliding schedule in correlation with the number of days to display and reserve a schedule.

For example, if you allow only one reservation in the quota by opening the schedules on D+7, then the subscriber will be able to reserve only one slot at a time and schedule it over the next 7 days. Once the reservation is completed, the quota is freed up and the subscriber can reserve again.

This means that potentially, unless there is a prohibition rule, a member could book a few dozen slots per month.

Configure this new option to avoid abuse by defining a limit of reservation on the last N days.

Go to Administration > Users > Subscriptions and then in the"Reservation quota" section. You will find the new option"Limit the number of reservations to avoid abuse".

The verification is done at the time of the reservation attempt by the member. It is based on the number of reservations made by the member over the last N days.

Do not hesitate to contact the technical support if you have any questions about this new option.
