A subscription, a can of balls, a drink at the clubhouse, a holiday camp, a lesson with the coach, booking credits. Until now, these products were sold at the front desk, at the cash register, or through a link you sent out by hand.
Your club now has an online store, built into its homepage. You choose the products to publish, and your users discover them, add them to their cart and pay online, or with a deferred payment method if you have set one up (on site, by bank transfer, etc.). Stock, invoices and orders follow, just as for any other sale.
The full step-by-step guide is in the documentation: Online Shop.

A Shop link appears in the navigation bar of your homepage. It opens the club's store: products are grouped by category, such as equipment, food and drink, tournaments, lessons or camps, with one tab per category.
Each product has its own page, with its photo, its price including tax, its description and, when you have set them up, payment in instalments and stock status. As soon as the store has a few products, a Search field filters the list as you type, and tabs sort by popularity, newest or price.
A visitor who is not logged in can browse the store freely. To buy, they log in from the product page and land straight back on it. A logged-in user also sees the booking and guest credits linked to their subscription, and adds purchases to their cart in one click.

Nothing changes in your catalogue: your products remain the ones used at the cash register and for sign-ups. To put one on display, open its record in Administration›Settings›Billing›Products & Services and turn on Online store. That's all.
Under Advanced Settings, four options fine-tune the presentation:
In the product list, a badge flags the ones that are published, and the Shop tab shows you your shop window at a glance.

A photo sells better than a line of text. From the product record, Manage photos opens a window where you drop your images, up to six per product. The first one is the main photo, used for the cash register tile and the store card; the others form a slideshow on the product page.
No photo to hand? Generate an image with AI suggests one based on the product name, which you then crop like any other image.

You already use the promo codes of online billing. On a code's record in Administration›Settings›Billing›Promotional Codes, turn on Online store: the code and its discount are announced on the pages of the products it applies to, and a Promo badge flags those products in the store.
The announcement is shown as long as the code is active, within its validity period and below its usage limit. The user then enters the code in their cart, where the discount is calculated.

Your homepage can showcase a few products in an Online store block, added like any other block in Administration›Customize›Homepage. Put the selection together yourself, or let the block display the products of one or more categories. A View the entire shop button leads to the full store.
Like the other homepage blocks, it can be made private for certain profiles or subscriptions, and moved wherever you like, in the left or right column.

A subscription can also be published in the store, but it is not bought through the cart. Its page shows its prices for information: by duration for a rolling cycle, by season for fixed dates.
The button depends on who is looking. A visitor is invited to Sign Up if online sign-up is open for this subscription; otherwise, a More Information link takes them to your contact page. A club user sees Manage my subscription, which opens the window in their account where they renew or change their subscription, among the subscriptions you have opened to changes.

The store is available to all clubs. It starts out empty: as long as no product is published, the Shop link shows a holding message and, for you, a direct link to product management.
To publish your first product, go to Administration›Settings›Billing›Products & Services, open the product and turn on Online store.
