Until now, the Booking menu in the top bar held just four links. On a computer, your quota and your credits appeared in the calendar toolbar; on a phone held upright, they appeared nowhere at all, neither in that menu nor on the calendar. From now on, the menu shows your quota, your credits and a small calendar that takes you straight to the day you want, on every screen. Two further changes... Read more

Until now, syncing your licence holders from ADOC took patience: the whole process again with every upload, subscriptions to link again whenever a price changed, and a sync that got stuck each time the FFT (French Tennis Federation) changed its export. We have completely redesigned the module. Same menu, same export.xls file, but a shorter process, a preview that shows exactly what is about to... Read more

Until now, a user record held only one ranking. For a tennis club that had opened padel courts, you had to choose which one to track, or store the second one in a custom field, with no filter and no statistics. From now on, every user can have two rankings, each with its own date. You name them yourself: “Tennis ranking” and “Padel ranking”, or any other pair that suits... Read more

A group training session, a holiday training camp, a padel evening, a cardio tennis class. Until now, filling these time slots meant keeping a list on the side: a sheet pinned up at the club, a messaging group, sign-ups written down by hand and then copied over. With participatory bookings, the time slot fills itself. You book the court with a label, set the number of places, and your users... Read more

A subscription, a can of balls, a drink at the clubhouse, a holiday camp, a lesson with the coach, booking credits. Until now, these products were sold at the front desk, at the cash register, or through a link you sent out by hand. Your club now has an online store, built into its homepage. You choose the products to publish, and your users discover them, add them to their cart and pay... Read more

A subscription that expires warns no one. The member keeps booking as if nothing had happened, then one morning the application says no — and you're the one they call, often on a Sunday. You can now let OpenResa handle it. Three e-mails go out automatically before the end of each subscription, carrying your message and, whenever possible, a button to renew on the spot. The option... Your application is evolving You asked us, and often: integrate HelloAsso, Stripe, and SumUp, enable online payment for subscriptions, sell more than just credits, issue purchase orders and generate invoices, checkout at the counter, offer promotional codes. It's available. You don't have to do anything. Your payment settings, credit rates, and all your past transactions will be... Read more

EDIT JUNE 6: Following our actions with EfficientIP (SFR's security database provider), it was indeed a false positive and the domain name openresa.com has been unblocked. Since June 2, 2026, we have noticed that a number of users with an SFR Fiber connection are experiencing difficulties accessing OpenResa.com. Indeed, since that day, SFR has deployed a "Protected Browsing"... Read more

We have made several improvements to the modules of your Dashboard to make the analysis of your activities even simpler and more efficient. To begin with, the custom dates configured via the period selector are now persistent. Specifically, your custom dates are automatically saved and reused across all the modules of the Dashboard, as was already the case for predefined periods (last 30 days,... Read more

The Dashboard > Activity Summary module has been revamped with a completely redesigned presentation centered around synthetic cards. Each indicator is accompanied by an evolution chart to visualize your organization's trends at a glance. For clarity, the statistics are organized into two distinct tabs: Bookings and Users & Payments. Each card is a shortcut to the corresponding... Read more

Online registration is often the first contact between your club and a future member. It is also the stage where most candidates are lost: too many fields, too many clicks, too many back-and-forths via e-mail. We have completely redesigned this process. Objective: to maintain all the rigor that clubs need to qualify their new users, while removing the frictions that caused candidates to... Read more

The internal messaging system is getting a makeover. Here's an overview of the new features you'll discover in the Messages section of your personal space. To start, we've completely redesigned the interface. The messaging system is now integrated into the "My Account" menu with filters to help you navigate and actions to organize. The inbox adopts the same style as the other modules in your... Read more

How many times have you confirmed a booking without being sure of the number of credits it would cost you? How many partners have found themselves blocked at the moment of confirmation because their credits were insufficient? With the new Booking Cost feature, these questions are a thing of the past. Now, as soon as you open the booking form, a dedicated box displays the total cost of your... Read more

This new version brings an improvement that many of you had requested: allowing users to open a booking to other users, even when they have already selected one or more partners. Here's what changes concretely. Previously, a feature reserved for "solo" bookings Until now, a subscriber who wanted to let other users add themselves to their time slot had to book without a... Many clubs have adopted a simple rule for their credit system: 1 credit = 1 € (or 1 $, 1 £, depending on the configured currency). Easy to manage behind the scenes, this equivalence remains invisible to the subscriber, who only sees a balance in "credits." Result: a recurring reflex to ask "and how much is that in euros/dollars/...?". Good news: a new option now... Read more
