Open doors and turn on lighting or heating automatically based on bookings, with a partner solution connected to your club.
Automate access based on bookings
By connecting your club to an Access Control solution, bookings directly control your facilities: the user who booked receives an access code or uses their badge, valid only during the times of their booking. Depending on the solution you choose, court lighting or heating can also start automatically.
This operation changes the club’s day-to-day management in three ways:
- no more keys to lend or collect: the right to enter is created and removed automatically;
- no more access outside booked time slots, and no court lighting for anyone without a booking;
- each opening is linked to a booking, and therefore to an identified user.
Choose a compatible solution
- Go to Administration›Settings›Access Control & Piloting.
- Browse the partner solutions shown: connected doors and locks, badges, access codes, lighting and heating control.
- Click More Information on a solution card to learn how it works and how to configure it.
Once your solution is in service, its card displays the Activated badge and the Configure button gives access to its settings.
Compare the four solutions
The four solutions share the same principle: they are configured from your club account, open doors based on bookings, and can also open outside any booking — for your team, a contractor, or shared access during a time range. They mainly differ in what they require from your site, the type of code given to players, and what they can control in addition to the door.
Two concepts appear repeatedly in the table. A temporary code is valid only for a given booking, then stops working. A fixed code remains the same over time: for a member, your team, or shared access.

Three questions are usually enough to decide.
Does your site have a reliable Internet connection all the way to the technical room? This is required for PassPerso, which relies on a computer connected to the controller. The other three solutions do not require anything from the local network: their hardware works independently, via 4G, Bluetooth, or an embedded calculation.
Are your courts open to occasional players or guests? A temporary code prevents a combination from circulating and eventually giving access to everyone: Spartime, Neop, and Igloohome issue one for each booking. PassPerso is based on each member’s personal code, learned once and for all, which only opens their own time slots.
Do you need to control court lighting or heating? Three of the four solutions do this. Igloohome, which relies on standalone locks and padlocks, focuses on access.
