Create web pages and photo albums

Enrich your organization's website with content pages (rules, prices, tennis school…) and photo albums filled in as the season goes by.

Create a web page

  1. Go to AdministrationCustomizeWeb Pages.
  2. Click New Page.
  3. Fill in the Page Title and choose an icon.
  4. Write the content (formatted text, images, files, tables), then click Save.

Each page has its own web address, a view counter and a privacy setting identical to that of the home page blocks: public, or restricted to certain profiles and subscriptions.

The view counter is worth a look from time to time: a much-visited prices page deserves to be moved up in the menu, while a page that is never opened is better deleted than kept.

Reorder the pages by drag and drop: this order is used in the website navigation menu and in the pages menu block on the home page.

A page can also act as a simple link: enable the Hyperlink option and enter an address. Clicking the page then redirects the visitor to that address (federation website, ticketing, shop…), without displaying any content.

Duplicate an existing page

  1. Open the page you want to copy.
  2. Click the Duplicate button.
  3. Adjust the title and content of the copy, then save.

This is the quickest way to create variations of pages that share the same structure (one page per team, per activity, per season…).

Create a photo album

  1. Go to AdministrationCustomizePhoto Albums.
  2. Click New album, name it and choose an icon.
  3. Open the album, then click Add Photos or drop your files directly into the dedicated area.

Click a photo to give it a title and a description. The All Photos view brings together all the organization's photos, from every album, with sorting by recently added, recently modified or popularity.

Albums are visible on the photos page of the organization's website. Also add a Photos block on the home page to highlight the latest images.
