The rich text editor allows you to layout text, images, tables or even... to propose files to download. The editor is integrated on many modules dedicated to administrators, such as the "Send a grouped message" function (User management menu), or the widgets on your home page and the personalized pages.
We have just corrected the "Insert a file" function (paperclip icon). Specifically, this function allows you to add files to upload in your content. You can add attachments to your latest newsletter or offer various files for download on your homepage and your personalized pages.

Under certain conditions, your files were becoming inaccessible for download and an error (404 Not Found) was appearing, especially when the plus character "+" was present in the original file name. To avoid this problem, BalleJaune now takes care of renaming your files if necessary when sending them.

If you want to make sure that the file will be available for download, click on it and then on the link appearing on the left of the "Edit" button, your file should open in a new tab and the download will start automatically.
