How many partners have found themselves blocked at the moment of confirmation because their credits were insufficient? With the new Booking Cost feature, these questions are a thing of the past.
Now, as soon as you open the booking form, a dedicated box displays the total cost of your time slot and updates automatically as you make your selections (opening hours, partners, guests, etc.). No need to wait for confirmation to know who pays and how much: everything is visible as soon as the time slot is composed.
Beyond the total, a “Show Details” button reveals the exact cost breakdown for each participant in the booking. You see:
The display takes into account the subtleties of each subscription: free credits on the same day, payment by the sole booker, merging of guest credits into the main wallet… Everything configured on your club's subscriptions is respected to the letter.
If one of the participants — you or a partner — does not have the necessary balance, a clearly visible red box immediately signals it with an explicit message: “Olivier B. does not have enough booking credits”, or “You do not have enough guest credits”. You immediately know where the blockage is and who needs to top up their account before being able to validate. With upcoming developments, you will soon be able to top up your account directly from the booking form to further simplify and streamline the booking experience.
Administrators who book "for" users benefit from the same information: the box automatically bases itself on the subscription of the selected players. The “Do not count credits” option is also taken into account: when activated, the box clearly displays that the booking is offered.
