Some users may have experienced a problem logging in between May 9, 2023 03:00:00 and May 12, 2023 11:30:00 (Europe/Paris). This problem occurred due to a nightly maintenance of our database.
The problem sporadically affected accounts that had been previously logged out and was characterized by an error message when entering the password of a pre-registered account from the main login page (https://openresa.com/connect). Some users whose devices were connected to multiple accounts simultaneously may also have experienced a problem displaying the "My Account" menu.
According to our analysis, these connection difficulties affected less than 0.2% of the active users, i.e. about 1000 users over the period (from May 9, 2023 03:00:00 and May 12, 2023 11:30:00 Europe/Paris).
