The "Automatic Happy Birthday" feature (Administration menu > Settings) allows you to set up a personalized message and let YellowBall send it to your club members on their birthday.
We are now offering a new option that allows you to include reservation/invitation tickets as gifts. For example, you could give an invitation ticket to each member for their birthday. Once configured, everything is automatic and BalleJaune takes care of sending the message on the day and crediting the ticket(s) to the user's record.
All you have to do is write a nice message to celebrate everyone's birthday. If you decide to offer tickets, add a line to your message to inform the lucky recipient.
