Public terminal mode: prohibit reservations outside the club
July 2015

You can now prohibit the reservation on certain schedules depending on whether the public terminal mode is active or not. There are precisely two contexts:

  • Activeterminal mode : the user connects from the computer or the terminal in the clubhouse.
  • Inactiveterminal mode : the user connects outside the club, from home or work or from his mobile or tablet.

For example, you could decide that the squash courts are accessible for booking only from the computer/terminal at the club, while the Tennis and Padel courts would remain accessible from any computer even outside the club.

Go to Administration > Club Setup > Public Terminal and Score Mode, where you will find a new setting in the form of two multiple selection fields. Click on them to select the schedule(s) you want to disallow depending on the context.
