[EDIT] User management : automatic age categories (filters, statistics, excel export)

We have just integrated the age categories to allow you to find this important information via the filters and directly on the filters and directly on the user's record (next to the date of birth) in Administration > Users > User management. You will also find these categories in the user statistics (Administration > Lists & statistics).

Profiles for more flexibility

We currently offer two category "profiles" that can be defined in Administration >Club settings > Advanced settings > Age categories. Do not hesitate to contact us if you want to get customized categories, for example according to your federation's rules.

The two profiles currently available:

• Default categories (based on real age)
  0/4 years, 5/6 years, 7/8 years, 9/10 years, 11/12 years, 13/14 years, 15/16 years, 17/18 years, 19/20 years, 21/22 years,
  23/24 years, 25/29 years, 30/39 years, 40/49 years, 50/59 years, 60/69 years, 70/79 years, 80+ years.
  
  
  
  
• Categories established by the FFT (French Tennis Federation)
  8 years old and under, 9/10 years old (P1/P2), 11/12 years old (B1/B2), 13/14 years old (M1/M2), 15/16 years old (C1/C2), 17/18 years old (J1/J2),
  Senior, 35+, 40+, 45+, 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, 70+, 75+.
  

  This profile takes into account the rule established by the FFT for certain categories consisting of moving the first day of the calendar year to October 1st of the previous year. For example, a user who is 64 years and 8 months old will be placed in the "65+" category because he/she will turn 65 during the season.
