The reservation log, accessible from the Administration > Dashboard menu, cleverly takes advantage of improved management of grouped / repeated reservations.
By default, a line in the history is dedicated to each occupied time slot. For example, booking a training session from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. displays five lines in the history. With the new reservation merge mode, this same reservation appears on a single line, making the display clearer, easier to read and more coherent.
We've added a new option Merge reservations option, which you can enable / disable if you wish to benefit from the new display or stay with the old one. Please note that depending on the size of your database, the list of reservations may take longer to load with this new display mode activated.
A grouped / merged reservation is characterized by a small counter displayed in the history. When you click on it to display its details, a blue banner indicates the number of related reservations, and a dedicated button allows you to display all these reservations for more precise management.
