Open Online Registration
Let players request their own account from your home page: you choose which subscriptions are open to registration, what the form contains and how requests are validated.
Enable registration on a subscription
- Go to Administration›Users›Online Sign-ups and click Settings.
- Under Enable / Disable Online Sign-ups, enable the subscriptions you want. If several subscriptions are open, users choose theirs when they register.
- Click Open the form to preview the form. It is accessible from your home page.

Each subscription also has its own registration settings in its Sign Ups tab. This is the right level to differentiate your plans. For example, adults register with automatic validation, while the tennis school uses manual validation with a mandatory medical certificate.
Choose the order of subscriptions and the one selected by default
On the form, subscriptions appear in the order of the Enable / Disable Online Sign-ups table, and the first one is selected by default. Until you move anything, they are sorted alphabetically. Put the plan that most new registrants choose at the top, for example Padel Subscription before Padel Subscription - Juniors.
- In the table, drag the subscription to its new position. On a touchscreen, press and hold its row before dragging it.
- Release it. The order is saved immediately and the form follows it.
A disabled subscription keeps its position in the table. If you enable it again, it reappears on the form in the same place. A subscription created later is placed after the ones you have already arranged. Drag it if you want it somewhere else.
To select a subscription other than the first one by default, or to select none, choose it in Preselected subscription. Then click Save:
- The first on the list: the first subscription in the table. This is the default setting.
- None: nothing is selected, and users choose their subscription themselves. This is useful when your plans are equivalent and a pre-selected choice would lead to mistakes.
- A specific subscription: it is selected, whatever its position in the list.

If the chosen subscription is later disabled or archived, the form selects the first one in the list again. When only one subscription is open for registration, it is always selected. A user who resumes a registration they had started finds the subscription they had chosen.
Choose the validation mode
In the subscription's Sign Ups tab, the Validation Mode determines how the account is activated:
- Manual Validation: a club manager approves each request.
- Automatic validation: the account is activated as soon as the player has verified their e-mail address.
- Validation after payment: the account is activated once the subscription has been paid online, if Payments & Billing is enabled on the subscription.

Build the form and filter requests
In the registration settings:
- Form Fields: select the information requested (contact details, date of birth, licence, ranking, etc.).
- Required Attachments: require a medical certificate, proof of address or an identity document right from registration.
- Message on the form: display your instructions at the top of the form.
- Filter E-mail Addresses (Domain Name): accept only certain domains, for example a university that restricts registration to its students.
- Prohibit disposable or anonymous e-mail addresses: block temporary addresses.
Assign a profile, groups and credits on registration
Still in the subscription's Sign Ups tab:
- Associated Profile: the profile automatically set up on the new member's record.
- Add new subscribers to a group: automatic assignment to one or more groups.
- Add booking credits after registration and Add guest passes after registration: credit the account as soon as it is created.
- Email Notifications: up to 4 addresses in the organization notified of each request.
Process requests
The player fills in the form, then confirms their address by entering a verification code received by e-mail. The request then appears in Administration›Users›Online Sign-ups:
- Open the request to check the information and attachments.
- If there is a Risk of Duplicate, select the matching user from the list offered: Accept will then send them their login details without creating a second account.
- Click Accept: the account is created and the login details are sent by e-mail. Otherwise, click Decline.

Matching duplicates is worth the effort: a player who registers online although they already have an account has almost always simply lost their login details. Accepting without matching creates a second account, and their booking history ends up split in two.
Collect payment for a paid registration
When the subscription is sold online, the request shows the amount and the order reference.
- If the player paid on site, by cheque or by bank transfer, tick Validate payment then choose the Payment Method: the order is marked as paid and the invoice is generated.
- If you leave the box unticked, access is granted immediately and the payment remains to be collected later.
Pending requests are listed by name in the activity reports: this is your safety net when several people administer the organization without having shared out the task.
