The PassPerso solution automatically assigns a personal digital access code (4 to 8 digits) to each user in your database. This code will allow, for example, to open the clubhouse door and then the reserved court door at the agreed times during the booking.
The access code is communicated by e-mail to the user when the account is created. It is also displayed on the screen after each booking and in the booking confirmations sent by e-mail.
PassPerso access codes are generated automatically, you don't have to do anything. However, you can revoke or modify a user's code or reset all access codes at the start of the season in the "User Management" menu.
The club assigns badges on OpenResa in the "User Management" menu. The user can, for example, use their badge to open the clubhouse door and then the reserved court door at the agreed times. The door will open when the badge is passed near the reader.
During their booking, the user receives an alphanumeric access code allowing them to open the court door at the agreed times at the time of booking. This access code can also be available as a QR code depending on the equipment.
