The e-mail alerts allow a club manager to receive an e-mail each time a member makes a reservation or cancellation.
This feature was already present in version 3 of BalleJaune, it consisted in sending an e-mail to all the administrators, without exception.
In the new version 4, we decided to limit these notifications to a single email address.
From now on, we offer you the possibility to define up to 4 e-mail addresses, go to Administration > Club configuration > Advanced settings > Alerts: receive an e-mail when a reservation/cancellation is made.
You just have to fill in one address per line in the form field as shown in the following picture:
