For the sake of clarity and consistency, and in preparation for future developments of your reservation application, we have recently replaced the historical term “Tickets” with “Credits”.
This change applies to both reservation tickets and guest tickets, which are now grouped under a unified and coherent terminology: Reservation Credits and Guest Credits.
With more than 30 languages available on our platform, it is essential to use terminology that is universally understandable. The word “Credit” is better suited to the diverse linguistic and monetary contexts in which your application is used.
Beyond translation, the term also better reflects both current and upcoming functionalities: a credit can directly correspond to a monetary value and be integrated into a customizable pricing grid based on the activity, the court, the time slot, or even the day of the week.
This change is already live in your interface and does not require any action on your part.
