Email notifications: define a different message for each type of notification

Until now, the club could add a message in the e-mail notifications (in Administration - Club configuration) to pass an important message.

Now, the club can define a different message depending on the context of the notification:

• Reservation Confirmation Notification
• Reservation cancellation notification
• Message sent with login information
• Login Notification
• Notification of message
