Latest updates OpenResa

You can now pay for your partners' spots with your own credits, if your organization allows it: to treat a friend to a game, help out a partner whose balance is empty, or pay for a player who joins you. The details of each booking then show who paid for what. Until now, each player paid their own share, and a partner without enough credits blocked the whole booking. The Booking Cost box has... With Wallet mode, your prices and your subscribers' balances are shown in your currency: each credit is worth €1 (or one unit of your currency). An existing subscription can now switch to it in a single operation: the Enable Wallet mode box converts your subscribers' balances, your prices, your credit packs and the upcoming bookings already paid for, without anyone gaining or losing... You can now pay for your booking while you make it, directly from the booking form. With no credit on your account, you pay for the whole booking; with a few credits, you only pay what is missing. Buying credits in advance is of course still possible. Until now, an insufficient balance blocked the booking: you had to buy credits, go back to the calendar and start again. Now the form shows you... Read more

A third view joins the calendars by day and by week: Availability. For the chosen day, it brings together on a single screen what the player can still book: free time slots with their duration and price, activities open for participation and bookings looking for partners, waiting to be completed. Until now, to find out where to play tomorrow evening, you had to browse the calendars, which can... Read more

The activity reports you receive by e-mail have been completely redesigned. They open with your key figures and how they are changing, flag what still needs to be done, preview the coming week and once again show your payment collections, invoices and payments. Until now, the report listed counters one category after another, without showing which ones deserved your attention, and it no longer... Read more

The filter panel in user management has been completely reorganized. You can now exclude a profile or a subscription, choose between three layouts, set a duration within grouped criteria and see your active filters above the list. Until now, the panel lined up dozens of checkboxes in two columns, and each duration had its own line: "Added > 3 months", "Added > 6... Read more

You can now change the label of an existing booking, or add, edit and remove its comment, directly from the booking details. The change applies to this booking only, to a single day or to the whole series, without recreating the booking. Until now, correcting a label or its comment meant reopening the booking in the booking form and saving it again, which replaced it. For a booking repeated... Read more

When you book for a user, the list now shows a clear pill: their quota for the chosen slot and, next to it, the number of points that could block their booking. The details open on hover on a computer, and with a simple tap on phones and tablets. Until now, each check was shown as a large red or green badge, which quickly cluttered the row and made names hard to read. We also took the... Read more

List your WhatsApp groups in OpenResa: each user finds the ones meant for them on the Find a Partner page and on your home page, then joins in one click with Join on WhatsApp. Until now, an invitation link was passed from hand to hand, by e-mail or at the front desk, and you had to sort out yourself who could join which group. Now you state once who each group is for, and OpenResa offers it to... Read more

You can now link subscriptions to manage their shared settings in one place while keeping different prices. The list also gains automatic or manual groups, drag-and-drop ordering and archiving for older subscriptions, without removing them from users who still have them. These features are available in Administration›Users›Access Rights›Subscriptions. They help you manage... Read more

Until now, changing the time, court or length of a booking meant cancelling it, then booking again and re-entering its participants. Now you simply drag it across the calendars, with a mouse or with your finger. This update also makes recurring bookings much faster, up to 100 times faster, and shows the progress of the longest operations live. The full step-by-step guide is in the... Read more

Until now, the Booking menu in the top bar held just four links. On a computer, your quota and your credits appeared in the calendar toolbar; on a phone held upright, they appeared nowhere at all, neither in that menu nor on the calendar. From now on, the menu shows your quota, your credits and a small calendar that takes you straight to the day you want, on every screen. Two further changes... Read more

Until now, syncing your licence holders from ADOC took patience: the whole process again with every upload, subscriptions to link again whenever a price changed, and a sync that got stuck each time the FFT (French Tennis Federation) changed its export. We have completely redesigned the module. Same menu, same export.xls file, but a shorter process, a preview that shows exactly what is about to... Read more

Until now, a user record held only one ranking. For a tennis club that had opened padel courts, you had to choose which one to track, or store the second one in a custom field, with no filter and no statistics. From now on, every user can have two rankings, each with its own date. You name them yourself: “Tennis ranking” and “Padel ranking”, or any other pair that suits... Read more

A group training session, a holiday training camp, a padel evening, a cardio tennis class. Until now, filling these time slots meant keeping a list on the side: a sheet pinned up at the club, a messaging group, sign-ups written down by hand and then copied over. With participatory bookings, the time slot fills itself. You book the court with a label, set the number of places, and your users... Read more
