Last night (Thursday to Friday), we made several updates on the server side and at the same time, we took the opportunity to optimize the performance of the database.
As a result of these security updates, you may have encountered several bugs this Friday until 7pm. It was for example difficult to save a user file in the administration. The training/demonstration videos were also unavailable this Friday.
All these bugs have been corrected on Friday evening at 7pm (Paris time).
Important note, we found a bug on the contact form / technical support. In some cases we were not receiving your request. Therefore, if you have made a support request without any answer for more than 72 hours, please do not hesitate to send us your request to support@ballejaune.com.
