User management: new filters to help you clean up your database

The Active Users and Inactive Users filters in the Administration > Users > User Management menu have received an important update that changes the way they work. Up to now, they were used to retrieve active/inactive users based solely on login data. From now on, we'll also use reservation data for a more accurate result.

If you take bookings "for" your users, you could indeed have users who have never logged in, but who nevertheless have bookings to their credit.

We've also added new filters that will enable you to search for active/inactive users in greater detail. For example, by using the filters Added > 12 months and Inactive users > 12 months together, you can place all users who have been inactive over the last 12 months in the recycle garbage can, while ensuring that you don't delete those who have been added recently.

    Users added more than 12 months ago
  • Added < 12 months
    Users added less than 12 months ago
  • Active users < 12 months
    Users who have logged in or made a reservation in the last 12 months
  • Active users < 24 months
    Users who have logged in or made a reservation in the last 24 months
  • Inactive users > 12 months
    Users who have not logged in or made a reservation in the last 12 months
  • Inactive users > 24 months
    Users who have not logged in or reserved in the last 24 months
