12/05/2023 : The problem has been corrected and sending to Apple addresses are back up and running. We continue to monitor the situation. In some cases, it is possible that emails arrive in the "Undesirable" box. In this case you just have to move the mail to the inbox to receive all the following messages in the inbox again.
We encounter a blocking of mail sending to the addresses managed by Apple:
Currently the mailings to these addresses are blocked and a "permanent" error is displayed in your mail log available from the menu Administration > Dashboard.
We have contacted Apple services to fix this situation as soon as possible and we will keep you informed on this article when the problem is solved.
In the meantime, we suggest that you use an alternative email address from another provider (Gmail, Orange, Free, Proton, etc.). You can also activate push notifications to continue receiving your notifications.
