You can now customize the appearance of your club (title and description) in the results of major search engines (Google, Bing, etc.). Go to Administration > Website & Communication > Google & Bing Search Engine Optimizationto discover the new dedicated module.
If needed, you can also deactivate the referencing, but note that the de-referencing is not immediate: your pages will continue to appear in the results for some time after deactivation.
